As long as you can hit them (and that used r9 isn’t too beat up) you should be OK.

They are all quality clubs, it looks good to me but you would be better off going to golf galaxy or Dick’s or something like that and getting a fitting, they give you a 6 iron from different sets or a driver or whatever you want and you just swing different ones until you feel most comfortable.
Question
I’m looking to get a new driver and I’m down to 3 or 4 different Taylor Made R9 drivers (R9 460 TP, R9 Super Tri, R9 Super deep.) I have a fairly decent slice off the tee with my current (broken) driver and am only driving it about 230 – 10 yards farther than I hit my 5-wood off the ground. I have a fairly fast swing (95-105 mph) and my 150yd club is an 8 or 9. I have a terrible time driving into the wind which vastly exacerbates my slice. I’m wondering which of the those R9′s would be the best value for me. They all have the Flight Control Technology but the R9 460 TP does not have the movable weights. I’m looking to gain maximum distance by correcting my slice and using a superior driver. All 3 are 460cc. Which driver, based on price, shaft options and the presence or lack of movable weights would be the best for my game?

Try the Super Tri, the 460 Tp is not going to help much and the Super Deep is for players who can hit it fairly in play most times, they just want the lower ball flight.

I personally use KZG Tour Evolution Irons and they are brilliant Custom fitted and not as expensive as some of the more well know clubs

Wedges I now use the KZG Forged TRS wedges and they are Fantastic They have U grooves but are beautifully responsive

Putter…Personal choice on that one….which ever one works best for you
