Question
Also, which driver is the best value for money? I reckon the Albatros Golf Square Driver.
Answered by crabclaw
no such club. if you cant hit it dont blame the club.
Answered by remowlms
The one that you have the ability to hit well. In other words, there is no way to tell you any brand as you may or may not be able to use it well. You have to go to a pro shop and try them out until you find one that is right for you.
Answered by Tomster
Hmmm, interesting question, the Albatros square driver is very good, im not sure if it i would call it the best though. i use a Nike Sasquatch Sumo and think its amazing, the best driver ever would be custom made therefore different for everyone.
but the best standard driver would have to be one of these:
Albatros Golf Square Driver
Nike Sasquatch Sumo
Callaway FT-iQ

Question
I swing my clubs pretty fast and i’m not sure what kinda driver would compliment my swing the best any ideas.
Answered by Nitehost
Simple..and no brainer. Call, or go by your local golf course, or maybe a golf shop, and find out if they have a golf professional on staff that does club fitting. Fast is fast…but how fast?? They are equipped usually to check a lot of things on how to find the best club, proper shaft, etc. to fit your game. And if there is a cost, it is nominal. But, the benefits for you are many. And, believe me…I have, as well as many other golfers, have bought what we thought was the right club…and wasn’t. A very expensive lesson learned!!!! With all the technology today in golf and golf clubs, there is an awful lot to know. Your golf professional has the answers. Good luck. And…good golfing. It is a great game.

Try several in a simulator. First, pick out ones with stiffer shafts. Then pick brands like Ping, TaylorMade, Cobra, Callaway and see which works better for your swing.
Answered by h
its a matter of what shaft to get not particularly the driver head
Answered by Average Joe
You should get on a launch monitor. Call around and see if any shops in your area have one. The monitor will measure launch angle, swing speed, ball speed, direction, spin and ball flight. This will allow you to fit the shaft and loft for any driver you choose. The type of driver means nothing. it’s in the shaft and the loft of the club. Once you know these two things, then go hit different drivers with the same variables– only then will you be able to pick the one right for you by FEEL.
Question
i recently bought a 28t sproket and figured out it was wayyyyyyyyy to easy to peddal with my 16t driver…. and i want to go to a 9t what whould be the best driver?
Answered by JockThatCamel
A 10t would be a better match with a 28t sprocket, but i digress.

@BMX He wants a driver, not a full hub.
Answered by Bmx
A 9t alienation or animal
Answered by Jesse Fowler
You need to get one that properly fits your hub. See if Haro makes a driver. If not, search for one that will fit.
Question
If you don’t think so tell me who you think is the best driver never to win a championship and why?
Answered by thedewkingruler
YES HE should have one
Answered by bpgreen24
Yes because he is a five time runner-up! He could win his first this year and I wouldn’t mind.! GO 24
Answered by Fire Storm
Yes, I definitely think he is the best driver without a title. He has finished 2nd in points four times, has 35 career wins, and five IROC championships. He also has the most wins in the Busch series. Plus, he has finished in the top ten in Cup points 16 times. Even without a title in reality, I consider Mark a champion at heart. It will be fun to see if Mark can win the championship this year.
Answered by Hihey9989
Yes, and that name “best to never win a title” will follow him into the 09-10 offseason.
Answered by Dominic A
hey bpgreen – he has been runner up 4 TIMES
Question

Answered by know it all
he’s the 5th WINNINGEST driver in NASCAR since his rookie year in 2000. only 4 drivers have won more races than him in that time span. that’s a fact. you see, most NASCAR fans prefer to deal in facts. i realize you’re a kyle busch fan so that concept is foreign to you. whether or not he’s the 5th BEST will always be a matter of opinion and the answers will always be biased, so why even ask?
Answered by Matt
Statistically according to wins since he started. He has won the 5th most races since the 2000 season. He is 9th or 10th on the active driver win list, so he’s actually a top 10 active driver.

It’s Michael Schumacher isn’t it?
Taylormade, it’s the #1 Driver in Golf, and on Tour.
ft-9 driver!
I would get checked out by a pro. But remember their job is to sell you stuff!
You will probably find that any top make driver will do you but the importance of the launch angle and shaft stiffness will be important.
Good luck
i think a cobra would be a good choice
Did Rusty ever win one? If not I’d pick him b/c of his wins ranking
Yes he is. I’m laying $ 10 on him for Daytona too!
Javier, Rusty won the cup in 1989 in the Skoal Pontiac Grand Prix.
Carl Edwards
Like an 11.5 win percentage for Carl versus Marks 4.5 or so win percentage. Sometimes being a senior citizen doesn’t validate being better. Carl wins and wins often and doesn’t have a Cup. You asked. Hehe..
Ok if you want to talk about the older guys Junior Johnson was no slouch either and I don’t think he ever won a cup. I may be wrong though.
Yeah but hopefully he will get one this year!!!!!!!!!!!
I kind of think that title should go to Davey Allison, but given that his career was cut so short I understand the nod to Mark for his years of high level consistency.
I would actually grant that title to Davey Allison.
yes, a great driver, but very unlucky, at least he should have won 1 championship
That’s a really tough question, especially since the jury isn’t in yet..
Mark is still an active driver, and has a better chance for a title in 09, than he has in many years..
He’s already on the top fifty Nascar drivers of all time list..
But when you say BEST without a title, that puts him up against some pretty exclusive company.. Many of them legends, some of them heroes..
BTW: Only twenty nine drivers have won the title in sixty years… If that were the measure of a great driver, NASCAR wouldn’t need a very big building for the Hall of Fame.. Let me give you some examples of the people he would be up against for best without a Cup…
Davey Allison, Tim Richmond, Marshal Teague, Curtis Turner, Marvin Panch, Glen “Fireball” Roberts, AJ Foyt, Freddy Lorenzen, Harry Gant, Neil Bonnett, Tiny Lund, Richie Evans, Hershell McGriff, Cotton Owens, Ralph Earnhardt (Dale Sr Dad), Dave Marcus..
Who is the best?? And why??
The Best was Richie Evans, and among racers I think they would agree.. But none of you know who he is.. The reason he’s the Best Driver is because he could make a car do things that nobody ever thought of, and wouldn’t try if they did.. Kinda like Zanardi passing Herta in 96, Laguna Seca on the last lap.. He Jumped the car off a cliff to take the lead, in the last turn, of the last lap, in a Champ Car..
Richie was like that, he could make a pass by driving up the wall (he raced modifieds)…
If you need one you have heard of it would be Glen “Fireball” Roberts.. He won races, and did it with style, and grace.. He didn’t win titles, and he didn’t care (nobody cared much about titles, but Richard, and Dale Sr), and in Roberts time money was points, and if you ran every points race, you’d be racing about fifty times a year..
When you didn’t race you didn’t get paid (Ned Jarret made 52 starts in 66 to win the title), and you got no points..
Roberts died about a month after a fiery crash in Charlotte, at what is now the Memorial Day race.. He had planned to retire after that season..
No not by one bit is that accurate. Unless if your counting mercahndise sales, but that doesn’t make sense either since everyone buys JR stuff. In my opinion the top 5 active are
1- Johnson
2-Gordon
3-Stewart
4- Ky.busch
5- Id guess harvick. if your just counting this year then yeah that sounds about rite.
But no JR is defenitly not in the top 5 with preformance at all. Maybe in populatiry but preformance no. Hes probably like 1 somewhere from 12th-15th at best.
In my opinion,.
If he is congratulations. If he’s not…. no big deal there is room for improvement.
People are just as passionate about other drivers (KYLE BUSCH) as the JR. Fans,
and want the same respect for their driver as the JR.fans want for him.
If you dont want your driver Bashed ,Then dont Bash the other drivers.
He is fifth…
where would u rank kyle?
but no i dont thinik he is even in the top 10
it depends on who else in in the garage with him
he is the 5th worst driver and he is in a hendrick car with the best equipment and engineers in the business. slick rick even said he was pulling out all stops for him this year. its not done any good has it.
