Question
Who used the Mizuno MP-67 Iron Set, I want to buy, but i am not sure about it’s performance?
Answered by caughtinthefact
There as good as any iron on the market.Maybe the best, but I will say these are clubs for low and no handicap.
Answered by iknow
Performs well if you can hit them well, they have a small sweet spot. If you can, they are like butter. Best feeling irons by far.
Question
I play high school golf. its my second year and i still have terrible Irons. My parents said they wanna get cheap clubs. and these two are the ones i thought were cheap but still good. can you help?
Answered by cory
They are both good clubs best thing you could do is try them before you buy them to see which ones you like personally.
Answered by Luis M.
idk wht those clubs look like, but it really depends on what you shoot.
if you shoot in the 70s every time that you play then you need a smaller set of irons, but if you shoot in the 80s or higher every time then you need a bigger clubhead with a bigger sweet spot….thats what i play i used to play the cleveland cg2 blades , but switched to the cleveland cg gold cavity backs and man i made it a lot easier to get the ball up, i dont have to worry about the ball getting up like i used to all i have t worry about now is the direction it flies. lol
so i recommend you get cavity back irons unless you can shoot in the 60s every so often….buy clubs to match ur skill, ask the pro you buy them from he should hook you up with a set that will improve ur game the most…

The ones you hit better
Question
WHICH SHOULD I GET???
I’ve heard great things for both types of irons…
PLEASE HELP!!!
Answered by Robert
Depends what kind of player you are. Slingshots are more forgiving. MX-19 are overall better irons, though
Answered by Ml
MX-19′s…hands down. Forged vs. cast…no contest. Both are very forgiving.
Question
more specifically, if i owned a golf store, how much could i expect to buy a set of mizuno mp32′s or mp 60′s. i think the msrp is around 850.00, but what is the wholesale price?
Answered by Spartan Golfer
I don’t know wholesale, but I do know that the manufacturing cost of that whole set of irons is about $ 15-$ 20!
I’m not joking, that’s why they can go on such major sales, and they’re still making alot of money from it.
Answered by Dav
Having had worked in the retail industry in my youth, my understanding is that the standard markups are 200 percent for jewelry stores, 1000 to 2000 percent markup for bridal shops, and about 100 percent markup for most other stores. But it can vary according to type of business and target customer base. I had a friend that would eyeball stuff as it came in and decided item by item what the tourists would be willing to pay for each item.
Answered by gordo3269
First I would be buying off of Ebay you can get the same exact set brand new from ebay dealers for about half the cost. Here is the deal most proshops are given one or 2 sets for demo so if they only demo one set they can sell a regular sett for normal high end price. I believe they mark up sets about 75%. I would say on an $ 800 set they would be paying $ 200.I have a golf pro friend and he will put his stuff on ebay for about $ 400 at the end of the season and sell out of all his stuff and still turn a profit.
Answered by noils2
This is a guess, but an educated one from knowing retail. For an $ 800 set of clubs you will pay somewhere between $ 320 and $ 400. The $ 320 is what Golf Warehouse pays. The $ 400 is what a fool who goes out drinking with the sales rep is charged.
Answered by LJ
the price mark up on sets of clubs changes depending on how many sets the pro shop orders but its not much money any way somewere around 100- 200 dollars somtimes less. they have to sell alot to make alotof money
