yes warehouse deals are just ways to make space for more items or they didn’t sell much so if they state as new then it will be brand new if not then you can return it back to them

They have PS3′s for sale at 50 dollars cheaper listed as used , but in like new condition. Are those systems pretty much just ones that were returned? Would they also include the full warranty?

if its a direct buy from amazon.com it should come with full warranty. and yes some are the ones that customers returned, so you shouldn’t take a risk on buying a used system because it could be defected

Hi I am looking at buying a new t.v and Amazon have a good deal on a sony bravia 32 inch, but its so cheap because its a Amazon warehouse deal. the item is described as “Open box unit. Minor cosmetic damage on housing. Package resealed” now has anyone else had experience of buying from the Amazon warehouse deals and are the items in the condition as described? I guess minor cosmetic damage must be a scratch or something?

I have never used their Warehouse deals before but I have used Amazon for around 10 years they have been a very good company so as long as they give you some kind of guarantee or warranty that it works then it should be fine they do stand behind their agreements most of the time.

Yes you can, when you make a trade in, you receive an Amazon gift card that will be automatically added to your account. This can be used for anything on Amazon except for a few things such as digital downloads like music. But you can buy used items, or anything else on Amazon with the credit you will receive.
