- Right Weight Fitting: The XL270 is engineered ?Extra Lite? ? providing maximum clubhead speed. The 270 is most effective for smooth tempos, but even players who generate the highest swing speeds stand to gain clubhead speed.
- Miyazaki C. Kua Ultralite Shaft: The authentic 39-Series Miyazaki is the lightest shaft ever played on the PGA Tour. It?s a true Tour shaft and the lightest currently offered by Miyazaki.
- XL270 Draw: The Draw is built identically to the XL270, except that it features a 2°closed face angle and strategic internal heel-weighting. This reduces slice-spin and promotes a draw trajectory.

At 270-grams, the XL270 is lighter than nearly every driver in the market, meaning it is built ultrafast for maximum clubhead speed. But even though this club is light, the 270 feels like a standard driver in your hands, and the 460cc clubhead is still traditionally weighted for forgiveness. This balanced reduction of weight results in effortless distance with ample forgiveness.

Question
I am buying a new golf driver. Should I buy the Cleveland Launcher for 100 or the Burner 2009 for 130.
Answered by eagles08
I know a lot of people that love their Taylormade drivers. They really do make good clubs even though I prefer my Titleist. I don’t really know a lot about Cleveland. I think they were a more popular club in the past and have faded out some over the years. If it were me, I’d say go with the Taylormade. I’ve heard so many people talk about how much distance they have gained and how happy they are after switching to a Taylormade driver.
Question
I need to know what driver i should get out of theese 4 drivers.

Hmmm first I would like to let you know that I’m 19 and I have worked at a golf course for 5 years. I know my clubs. Don’t get the Cleveland Launcher, it’s a not a very hot driver. Honestly I would go with the Srixon. Fantastic company. But if you want to get a driver from a company that has your back, go with Titleist. If you’re have interested in buying a Titleist driver there are still a few 905Rs out there that are a few years old now, or go with the 907D1 or D2 depending on your sons needs. Taylormade has horrible customer support. Stay away from them if you can.
Answered by jmontr
They are all great drivers. I would stay away from the Srixon only because it still fairly new to the game. Callaway and Taylor Made are both great drivers. My only suggestion is that which ever you choose go with a 10.5 loft on the club. If he is 15 years old it should help him get the ball up in the air a little better than the 9.5.

Not shabby. But i would have preferred a different driver.
Answered by beccan
Well, it depends on the condition. If they are in good condition, then yes the price is worthy. If not, then…you know. They are older clubs so you get what you pay for.

You got shafted. . . . this guy took a rolling pin. . . wrapped it in barbed wire. . . soaked it in tabasco sauce for a day. . . baked it at 350 for 3 hours. . . bent you over. . . . and drilled you!!!! HA HA HA. No. . . actually you got a pretty decent deal. . .especially if they were in good condition!
